Digital Letterhead

Because this template is a low-resolution file, it should NOT be used for print. It has been created for you to use on a website, to be viewed on a monitor, or for you to send a letter by e-mail.

You can make a PDF of your letter and send it by e-mail in four easy steps. If you're using Word:

(.zip download and .dot file format)

  1. Format your letter on the letterhead.
  2. Save it under a new name.
  3. Use "Save as" a PDF.
  4. Email the PDF file as an attachment.
